Revisions
Each project includes a predetermined number of revision rounds, as outlined in your project brief. Additional revisions or significant changes to concepts that have already been approved will be billed separately. This ensures that we can maintain the quality, timeline, and focus of your project.
File Delivery
Final deliverables will be provided in the formats specified in your project brief, such as PDF, PNG, JPG, MP4, or other agreed-upon files. Source files (e.g., PSD, AI, XD, Figma) are only provided if included in your selected package or purchased separately. This allows you to access the editable files if needed while keeping project costs transparent.
Payment Terms
Work on your project begins after the receipt of the initial deposit or agreed-upon payment. Final deliverables will be released once the remaining balance has been paid in full. Please note that additional services, extra revisions, or urgent requests may incur additional charges.
Communication & Approvals
Timely and clear feedback is essential to ensure that your project stays on schedule. Approvals are required at each stage of the project—including concepts, drafts, revisions, and final designs—before we move forward. This collaborative process helps us deliver results that meet your expectations.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment for all completed work up to that point. This ensures that the time and effort invested in your project are fairly accounted for.
